- An actual trained Wood You Build It employee that knows the product you purchased will be the one handling it as opposed to a courier that doesn’t know anything about what you bought (some restrictions do apply)
- Your furniture arrives fully assembled! While there may be some instances where a piece may need to get connected to another piece, the idea is to have it arrive fully assembled and ready to go unlike other pieces you’ve bought in the past that arrive in a box and comes with a book of assembly instructions.
- We literally bring it into your home with full setup as opposed to leaving it on your doorstep.
- We roll out the red carpet for you. Your support directly helps support all of us. That’s the beauty of buying from a true mom and pop.
- We save you $$. We strategically bulk our orders to specific regions. This allows us to save you money on shipping costs. We are the first to admit that we cannot compete with the largest corporations in the world that offer “free shipping” but we ensure you that we are always trying to do our best at keeping those costs as small as possible (especially with these crazy fuel prices!)
- Your furniture doesn’t go from facility to facility and from truck to truck. Once on our truck it is in its place until it reaches your home. This decreases the chances of defects or damages.
