Adapting to change
Custom Kitchen Island Specialty Shop
Since October of 2025, there have been many changes that has affected our overall business health. I was diagnosed with kidney disease and little did I know at the time that operations within the business would become harder and harder. A lot of things came to light over that time. It cost us on the customer service aspect of things and also consumer trust. I'm not naive to the struggles that have surfaced within the business model, but the fact remains the same that each and every customer has been, and always be, my number one priority. It's the only way I know how to be. It's how I was raised and how I try to raise my own.
Some negative reviews are justified. Some are unjust. As a whole, having over 1,000 5* reviews is enough of a sample size to ensure that you are in good hands with Wood You Build It.
The correlation between my health struggles and negativity is not a coincidence. I take full responsibility, but more importantly, I have taken drastic measures to push this business forward, faster and stronger, in order to provide the customer satisfaction that my customers deserve.
If there's something that I would hope for out of this message is that there is not one person or company out there that cares so much and is so passionate than myself. I ask of you to understand that things happen and that I am fighting foward to become better than ever.
Thank you for all that support me.
